what people are saying

“We know about the benefits of mindfulness and yoga as it supports social and emotional health in children. Karen provided inservice training for our staff and her passion for this work is very evident. We have further developed our understanding of these practices as a classroom integration and enjoy supporting the holistic well being of our students.”

— Kelly, Education Director

“Karen possesses a great respect for yoga and for the people that attend classes, especially children. She exudes a peaceful but disciplined presence. Children are drawn to her, and it’s no surprise that parents, like myself, have learned so much from her.”

— Jen, Parent

“Karen provides a child-centered, engaging, and developmentally appropriate approach to her work with children. Children enjoy developing their balance, coordination, and focus. Karen is calm and gentle while encouraging even the most reluctant children to give it a try. In a world where we are always on the go, her program teaches us to slow down, reconnect, and have fun doing it.”

— Michelle, School Director
